Add core-pr-str function definition (was missing — only binding existed)

core-pr-str produces Clojure-readable strings:
nil→nil, strings→"...", keywords→:kw,
booleans→true/false, numbers→string

316 ok, 1 fail (pre-existing, unchanged)
