Yogthos 6c61d445fb docs: compile-by-default, hybrid fallback, AOT; mark staged path 1/2/5 done ... README and the self-hosting design doc now describe the current pipeline: compile-by-default with an always-correct interpreter fallback, var-cell late binding, parity validation, and AOT images.
