There has been widespread European condemnation of Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir’s remarks, in which he described Palestinians as “not human” and called for the killing of 30–40 Palestinians from Gaza every night.
Germany and Sweden are among the countries that have condemned these remarks, amid calls for European sanctions against extremist Israeli ministers.
As Palestinians, we do not want more statements of condemnation alone. We want real and meaningful action to stop incitement to kill us and protect civilian lives.
We are human. Our children are human. Our blood is not a number. 💔
