simon 2d2b3b4f0d Moved some display stuff to engine. Not certain this was the right decision, 
but it may be wanted for MicroWorld projects which are not simply the
education-oriented rule engine.

Simon Brooke 7c0a64a6a9 Gone back (hopefully temporarily) to using collage load-image function 
while I try to sort out the resources issue. This isn't very satisfactory,
as the collage distribution is compiled using Java 7, which is going to
break for some people, and because I'm bloating my code with two separate
image libraries.

Simon Brooke 03cf9b79e0 Now working nicely on tablets; iPhones and some Android phones are still 
getting the 'tablet' stylesheet instead of the 'phone' stylesheet, but it's
not critical.

Simon Brooke 6618fded9d Substantial modification of how pages which are mainly generated content are 
handled. I had ended up with four '.html' files which were essentially
identical. Also work on new editable parameters feature.
